CRAB SALAD 
2 c. crab meat
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped, pared cucumber
1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives
2 tbsp. finely chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 avocados or 4 pineapple slices
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients, except fruit and lemon juice. Chill until serving time.

Cut avocados in half, peel and remove seed. Sprinkle lemon juice and salt over avocados.

Mound 1/2 cup crab salad into each half or place in center of plate, cut pineapple slices in half and place around crab salad.
