LEMON NO BAKE CHEESE CAKE 
2 inner seals graham crackers, rolled
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 c. boiling water
3 oz. pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. sugar
8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
13 oz. evaporated milk, whipped

Add butter to crumbs and line 9x13 inch pan. Add water to Jello, let set until cool. Mix sugar and cheese. Add whipped evaporated milk. Combine ingredients. Mix well on high speed. Pour into crumbs. (Save some crumbs for garnish.) Chill 3 hours.
