OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. rolled oats, uncooked
12 oz. pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat together butter, sugar, honey until well blended. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually add combined flour, baking soda and salt, mixing until thoroughly blended. Stir in oats, chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspooonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 11 minutes, cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire cooling rack. 6 dozen cookies.
