OLD FASHIONED OAT BRAN PANCAKES 
3 egg whites
1 c. skim milk
3 tbsp. oil (vegetable)
1 c. plain no fat yogurt
1/4 c. honey or 1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
3/4 c. oat bran
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda

Beat egg whites until frothy. Beat in milk, oil, yogurt, brown sugar and vanilla.

Add flour, bran, baking powder, baking soda, beat until blended. About 3 tablespoons batter on hot, lightly greased griddle over medium heat, turning once every 4 minutes or until browned.

Good with fresh fruit or dollop of yogurt.
