CHOCOLATE DROP COOKIES 
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. egg substitute
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. granulated sugar substitute
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt

Melt the chocolate bits and butter in a small saucepan over very low heat. Allow to cool.

In a mixer bowl, beat the egg substitute at high speed for 2 minutes. Blend in the yogurt, vanilla, sugar substitute, and chocolate mixture until well combined. Stir the flour, soda, and salt together and add to the batter. Beat for 2 minutes, then drop by the teaspoonfuls, about 2 inches apart on a non- stick cookie sheets. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 8 minutes or until firm. 42 cookies, 25 calories each.
