PART PIZZA TURNOVER 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. onion
1/3 c. green pepper
Dash of garlic
Mushrooms
Salt to taste
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 pkg. Chef Boyardee's complete cheese pizza mix (that makes 2 pizzas)

Brown meat and drain. Add onion, pepper, garlic and mushrooms if desired. Simmer until tender. Stir in pizza sauce from box. Add salt, cook on low for 10 minutes.

Prepare dough as directed on box. Press into a rectangle jelly roll pan (over entire pan). Cover center of dough with meat mixture and top with mozzarella cheese. Fold dough to the center and pinch shut. Be sure to pinch ends shut, too. Pour melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Serves 6 to 8 people.
