APPLE WALNUT PANCAKES 
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. white flour
2 tsp. baking powder

Combine above ingredients in bowl. In separate bowl, combine: 2 tbsp. oil 2 eggs, well beaten

Add liquids to dry ingredients and stir until just mixed. Add 1 cup diced apples and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Bake on moderately hot (350 to 375 degree) lightly greased griddle.
