VANILLA WAFER CAKE 
2 sticks butter
6 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 box vanilla wafers, crushed
7 oz. coconut
1 c. pecans or walnuts

Cream together butter, sugar and eggs, add one at a time. Mix well. Stir in milk, crushed vanilla wafers, coconut and pecans or walnuts. Bake in greased 13-inch pan for 2 hours at 300 degrees.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
1 box confectioners' sugar

Mix all ingredients well. Let cake cool before adding topping. Keep refrigerated.
