CRAB MEAT SALAD 
2 c. crab meat
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped cucumbers
1/3 c. chopped hard cooked eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. pickle relish
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 c. mayonnaise
Accent

Have all ingredients very cold; mix together. Serve immediately on chilled lettuce leaves. Yield 6 servings.
