IMPOSSIBLE PIE 
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter

Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend well. Pour into a 9" buttered pie pan. Bake 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until custard sets. Serve cold, plain or with whipped topping. Fun to watch, it separates into crust, filling and topping.
