BLUEBERRY BREAD 
2/3 c. butter
1 1/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. well drained, crushed pineapple
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. blueberries
1 c. nuts
1/2 c. coconut

Cream first 3 ingredients together. Stir in milk and lemon juice and pineapple. Beat in flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Fold in berries, nuts and coconut. Spoon in well greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
