INSTANT EASY BREAD 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
3-3 1/2 c. flour
1 c. warm water
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt

Mix yeast with water; add sugar, butter, egg and salt; mix well. Add flour gradually (dough should be stiff). Cover; let rise in warm place until double in size (about 45 minutes). Toss on floured board until no longer sticky. Knead 15 minutes. Shape. Let rise until double. Bake 1/2 hour at 375 degrees. Brush with butter.
