STRAWBERRY - BANANA JELLO 
6 oz. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 lg. ripe bananas, finely diced
1 c. sour cream

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups of boiling water. Add frozen strawberries. Stir occasionally until thawed. Add drained pineapple and diced bananas. Pour 1/2 into an 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Chill until firm. Spread 1 cup sour cream evenly over chilled Jello. Pour remaining gelatin on top and chill until set.
