JALAPENO CORN BREAD 
3 c. corn bread mix
2 tbsp. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 lg. onion, diced
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can cream style corn
1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
2 tbsp. minced jalapeno peppers
6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar

Combine corn bread mix and sugar in a large bowl. Add eggs, mix and oil; mixing well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour batter into a greased baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until done.
