2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. butter
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Mix well. Pour into prepared pans, two 9 inch. Bake at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box confectioners' sugar

Cream ingredients put between layers and on top.
