BALSAMIC DRESSING 
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
3 tsp. capers
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. fresh parsley chopped

Combine the ingredients. Adjust the vinegar to taste. Store in covered container in the refrigerator. Makes 1 cup.
