2 qt. popped corn
1 lb. plain M&M'S®
1 1/2 c. peanuts
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. marshmallows

Mix popcorn, M&M'S® and peanuts in large bowl. Melt oil, butter and marshmallows. Add to popcorn. Put in greased angel food cake pan. Leave until mixture has set. Turn onto plate, slice and serve.
