MARINATED MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
4 carrots, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)

Combine first 6 ingredients together in large bowl; set aside. Mix sugar and vinegar in saucepan; heat until sugar dissolves. Add milk and Miracle Whip. Pour over macaroni and refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
