CHILI 
2 lb. ground beef
1 lg. can tomato juice
1 lg. onion
3 pkg. chili seasoning
3 cans chili or Mexican style beans

Brown meat and onion together then set aside. Put in a large pot the tomato juice, chili seasoning, and beans until warm and the meat mixture simmer approximately 20 minutes. Yields about 4 quarts of chili.
