CHICKEN POPPYKOSH 
2 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 onion
1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
Fancy paprika
1 lb. ziti noodles, cooked
2 to 3 lbs. boneless chicken breasts, cut up

Place chicken, butter, onion in large kettle and lightly brown chicken. Fill kettle with water about 3/4 of the way up. Boil until only 1 inch of water is left. Remove chicken, add sour cream and cook noodles. Return chicken to pot, stir and serve. Serves 4 to 6 people.
