PEA SALAD 
3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Bring to a boil, remove and cool to room temperature.

1 c. bell pepper
2 bundles green onions
1 c. celery

1 (16 oz.) can French style green beans
1 (16 oz.) can LeSueur early peas
1 (16 oz.) can shoe peg white corn
1 sm. jar chopped pimientos

Mix and marinate overnight.
