CABBAGE SALAD 
1 head shredded cabbage
4 to 6 green onions, chopped
2 pkgs. top Ramen noodles, uncooked and crushed
1 pkg. toasted sliced almonds
4 to 6 tbsp. sesame seeds

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
6 tbsp. rice vinegar
Salt
4 to 6 tbsp. sugar

Shred the cabbage, chop the onions, crush the noodles (in the package with a hammer), toast the almonds, and add all the salad ingredients together. Mix with the dressing just before serving to avoid getting soggy.
