CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lb. fresh cranberries, grind
Juice of 2 oranges
Juice of 1 lemon
2 c. sugar
2 pkg. raspberry or strawberry Jello
2 c. hot water
1 sm. can crushed pineapple and juice
1 c. chopped nuts, (optional)

Mix together cranberries, juice of orange and lemon and 2 cups sugar. Let stand in refrigerator all day. That night mix: Jello, water, and pineapple and add to above items. Let set overnight.
