NO-GRATE CARROT CAKE 
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
3 sm. jars strained carrots (baby food)
2 c. sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda

Beat eggs, oil, strained carrots and sugar. Add flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Grease and flour pan. Cool and frost with Cream Cheese Icing or dust with powdered sugar.
