TACO SALAD 
1 lg. lean ground beef
Salt & pepper to taste
1 1/2 tbsp. oregano
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 head lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
3 tomatoes, chopped
Green onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella or Jack cheese
1 c. black olives, sliced
1 pkg. corn chips

DRESSING:

1/2 c. taco sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Brown beef in skillet and season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain off excess grease. Add oregano and chili powder. Stir over heat a few minutes. Let mixture stand until it reaches room temperature. Make a tossed salad from lettuce, tomatoes and green onions. Add cheese, black olives and meat mixture. Make dressing and blend with salad. Add corn chips and toss.
