EASY CHOCOLATE MERINGUE PIE 
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour, lightly packed
3 heaping tbsp. cocoa
2 c. water
3 eggs, separated
1/2 stick butter
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9") baked pastry shell

Mix sugar, flour and cocoa together. Add enough water to make a paste. Beat in eggs yolks well. Heat remaining water with butter and salt until butter is melted. Add water mixture to first mixture and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Cool and pour into baked pie crust. Cover with meringue and brown.
