FETTUCCINE 
1 lb. fettuccine
Mozzarella cheese
Romano cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. sour cream

Grate Romano and Parmesan cheese and set aside. Prepare 1 pound of fettuccine according to package directions. Melt butter in small saucepan. Add mushrooms, salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder. Sauté five minutes. Add whipping cream and cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sour cream and warm a little. Drain fettuccine and place in large pasta bowl. Add sauce, grated Mozzarella and Romano cheeses and toss gently. My friend, Anna Corna, shared this recipe with me.
