WHOLE WHEAT BREAD | |
2 pkg. Rapid Rise yeast 3 3/4 c. Gold Medal Flour 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 1/2 tbsp. salt 3/4 c. rolled oats 3/4 c. wheat germ 4 1/2 c. whole wheat flour 2 eggs 1 1/2 c. milk 1 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. oil Follow directions on rapid rise yeast package. Mix all dry ingredients and add liquid. Rest 10 minutes covered. Form into loaves. Let rise. Bake 40 minutes or so at 375 degrees. |
