CARAMEL - APPLE STREUSEL 
2 med. apples, sliced
1/4 c. caramel (ice cream topping)
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter

Arrange apple slices in a small microwave dish. Stir together ice cream topping, water and lemon juice; pour over apples.

In a small mixing bowl combine flour, sugar and cinnamon, cut in butter until mixture is coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over apple mixture. Cook covered on high for 5-7 minutes, until apples are tender.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
