TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground hamburg, browned & drained
1 head lettuce
2 tomatoes, cut up
1 cucumber, chopped
1 bunch scallions, chopped
1 bag Frito corn chips
1 avocado, chopped
1 lg. bottle Catalina dressing
2-3 carrots, shredded
2-3 stalks celery, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
8 oz. each Cheddar & Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
2-3 tbsp. chopped jalapeno peppers
1 can black olives, chopped

Mix above ingredients in large bowl. Add chips last and toss with dressing.
