HAMBURGER PIE 
1 lb. hamburg
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 pt. drained green beans
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
5 hot cooked medium potatoes
1/2 c. warm milk
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. Velveeta

In large skillet cook meat and onion until brown. Add salt and pepper. Add beans and soup. Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Mash potatoes. Add milk and eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon in mounds over casserole. Put cheese over potatoes. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
