FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

2 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. soft butter

Mix and spread on 13 1/2-inch pizza pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes; cool.

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and spread on crust.

FRUIT LAYER:

Arrange fruit on cream cheese layer beginning at the center with pineapple rings, then strawberries and kiwi slices. Continue with slices of oranges, bananas, apples, plums, and green and blue grapes. Any combination of fruit may be used.

GLAZE:

1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Cook and cool. Pour over fruit.
