EASY RHUBARB PIE 
1 1/2 c. chopped rhubarb
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 egg slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Put chopped rhubarb in a small bowl. Sift flour and baking powder together and sprinkle over rhubarb. Sprinkle sugar over flour. Add nuts, vanilla and egg. Stir ingredients together well. Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm or cold. Serves 6.
