BUTTERSCOTCH P IE 
1 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. butter
1 lg. box vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
2 eggs

Brown sugar and butter in skillet until brown. Mix pudding with 1/2 cup milk. Beat in eggs with the rest of milk. Pour in sugar mixture. Boil 5 minutes. Cool. Pour in 8 inch pie shell. Beat egg whites. Add 1/4 cup sugar. Spread on pie. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
