7 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 c. water
3 tea bags
12 oz. frozen orange juice
12 oz. lemon juice
2 1/2 c. vodka

Boil 7 cups water and sugar for 2 minutes; cool. Heat 2 cups water and tea bags. Mix above ingredients all together and freeze for 24 hours. Stir occasionally.
