Grease and flour cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 350. Sift together: 2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon Bring to boil 2 sticks of butter, 4 tablespoons cocoa, 1 cup hot water. Blend together then add to mixture 2 eggs, 1/2 cup buttermilk or 1/2 cup milk and 1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. | |
