GRANDMA'S RICE PUDDING AND
MODIFICATION
 
1 c. uncooked rice or 1 c. millet raw
3 eggs
1 c. sugar or 1/2 c. honey
3 c. milk or 1 1/2 c. yogurt and 2 c. water
1 c. raisins (optional) or 1 c. thinly sliced peaches (optional)

Cook rice. Soak raisins in enough water to barely cover them. Combine remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Add rice. Add raisins if desired. Sprinkle nuts on top. Bake at 325 degrees in a pan of water for 1 1/2 hours or until tester comes out clean.
