CHICKEN IN ORANGE SAUCE 
4 double chicken breasts
Salt & pepper

SAUCE:

1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. orange juice

Cook together until thickened. Add 1/4 cup white wine, if desired. Pour over chicken breasts and bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
