5 HOUR BEEF STEW 
2 lbs. cubed beef stew meat
1 c. tomato juice or tomato sauce
2 tbsp. tapioca, mixed into juice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
2 c. potatoes, in lg. pieces
2 c. carrots, in lg. pieces
1 c. celery, in lg. pieces

Combine all ingredients in large covered casserole. Bake for 5 hours at 275 degrees. Don't PEEK! (Can be cooked for 4 hours and 300 degrees if potatoes, carrots, celery and meat are cut into smaller pieces.)
