BAKED CHICKEN AND LINGUINE 
2-3 lbs. boneless chicken
1 lb. linguine
1/4 lb. butter
1/4 lb. butter
2-3 cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. basil
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. fresh pepper
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs

Remove skin from chicken. Cut chicken into strips. Lay in 9x12x2 baking dish. Melt butter and butter in saucepan with seasonings. Pour over chicken. Bake covered for 20 minutes. Remove cover and sprinkle bread crumbs on chicken. Continue baking until chicken is done.

Remove from oven. Place chicken on a serving platter reserving butter mixture for linguine. Toss linguine (cooked per package directions) with butter mixture and serve with Baked Chicken. Serves 4 to 6 people.
