LEMON POPPYSEED MUFFINS 
1 lemon cake mix
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. oil
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/3 c. poppyseed

Combine all ingredients listed above. Stir until well mixed. Fill lined muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
