STRAWBERRY YUM YUM 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 egg whites, beaten slightly
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. sugar
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix the flour, butter, brown sugar and nuts together until crumbly. Press into an 8 x 8 inch pan and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Beat egg whites slightly. Add sugar and lemon juice and beat well. Beat in strawberries until thick. Fold in the cool Whip. Recrumble the cooled mixture and press half of it into an 8 x 8 inch pan again. Pour in the filling and top with rest of crumbs.
