HUFFIN' PUFFIN' MUFFINS 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 c. (3) mashed bananas
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. raisins

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add bananas, milk, vanilla and eggs. Blend well. Stir in flour, bran, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Blend just until dry particles are moistened. Stir in nuts and raisins. Fill cupcake pan (greased or lined with cupcake papers) 2/3 full. Bake for about 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
