BANANA SHAKE DIVINE 
1 c. almond milk
2 - 2 1/2 frozen bananas (depending on size & desired thickness of shake)
2 tsp. maple syrup
1/2 tsp. fresh ground nutmeg (optional)

Place almond milk in the blender. Add frozen bananas in increments with blender running until shake has reached desired thickness. Add maple syrup and nutmeg. Blend briefly. Yields 1 large or 2 medium shakes.
