PINEAPPLE CHEESE CAKE 
1/2 lb. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 can whipped Milnot
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
1 c. hot water
1 can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix first 3 ingredients and sprinkle in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan (save 3 tablespoons for top of cake). Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add Milnot, a little at a time. Mix Jell-O with hot water; set until starting to jell good. Add crushed pineapple. Whip all together; pour over crumb mixture. Sprinkle top with rest of crumbs and chill.
