CHICKEN SALAD 
Chicken
Grapes
Slivered almonds
Mayonnaise
Celery
Raspberry flavored vinegar (or blueberry, tarragon, or red wine vinegar)
Chives
Tarragon

Cook chicken (boil, broil, or grill); cube and place in bowl. Split grapes lengthwise; toss with chicken. Add mayonnaise, vinegar, chives, and tarragon. Toss and add almonds. Chill. Serve on a bed of lettuce or use as a sandwich filling.
