3 to 4 pounds roast or stew beef in large pot. I use a canner. Add 3 quarts of canned tomatoes. After about 30 minutes, add 5 pounds diced potatoes, 3 large diced onions. Add 2 pounds of hamburger, uncooked. Add frozen butter beans (about 1 quart), 1 quart of frozen peas. If needed, add chicken broth. Bring back to slow boil for about 30 minutes. Add 1 to 2 packages of cut frozen okra. Bring back to boil. Add 1 cooked chicken, deboned and chicken broth as needed. When about done add frozen 1 1/2 to 2 quarts corn. Cook until done. Simmer until you are ready to eat. Serve with good corn bread or you may freeze for later. Good heated over.
