PORK CHOP 'N POTATO BAKE 
6 pork chops
Vegetable oil
Season salt
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen O'Brian hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
3 cans (28) Durkee French fried onions
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper

Brown pork chops in lightly greased skillet. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and set aside. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, and 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt. Stir in potatoes, 2 cups cheese, and 1 can French fried onions. Spoon mixture into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Arrange pork chops over potatoes. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings. Do not hesitate to add extra cheese and French fried onions. A brown dark gravy on the side is great too.
