CRANBERRY VINAIGRETTE 
1/2 c. cranberry juice cocktail
2 tbsp. salad oil or olive oil
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)

Pour ingredients into dressing bottle. Shake well and chill in refrigerator. Pour over greens. Remove from refrigerator 1/2 hour before serving time.

FOR SALAD: Use coarsely chopped or shredded greens. NOTE: Recipe may be doubled to fill a dressing bottle. Makes 12 servings.
