PORK CHOP DISH 
6 pork chops
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 can French fried onions
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
24 oz. frozen hash browns
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown pork chops. Mix together the rest of ingredients. Put in 9x13 inch pan, pork chops on top. Top with 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese (better with more) and the other half of small can of French fried onion rings. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 4 to 6.
